If you have your 12-word Recovery Phrase:
Simply log into your World Chess account on your new phone, select Restore Chess ID, and enter your 12 words. Your keys and passport will be fully restored without needing a new verification.
If you lost both your phone and Recovery Phrase:
Your lost passport cannot be directly restored. Contact our support team to verify your identity. We will unbind and revoke your old lost passport so you can create a new one from scratch.
⚠️ Important Security Note: World Chess staff will NEVER ask for your 12-word Recovery Phrase. Never share it with anyone!
